Our distillery makes top-notch spirits in small batches, creating the best distinctive spirits in a tightly controlled fashion. We are craft distillers with an extreme commitment to quality which is manifest in different ways. We employ painstaking techniques rooted in time-honored traditions. We don’t compromise our vision in the name of efficiency or shortcuts. Our artisanal process, mostly automated by larger companies in the name of efficiency, is achieved by hand. We embrace a farm-to-bottle ethic supporting our community and sustainability by using local ingredients whenever we can.
Mesa Vodka
Clear and clean as a Fall view over the valley, our vodka is pushed through multiple distillations and finally purified in a custom built carbon filter in micro-batches to ensure the cleanest and smoothest spirit. Monsoon Gin
Our Monsoon Gin evokes summer rains with its fresh citrus forward start, floral Coriander mids and earthy liquorice and rosemary finish. We have developed this botanical heavy Gin to be sipped neat or on ice while remaining present in crafted cocktails.(*Gluten Free*)

Pistol Pete’s Six-Shooter
Pistol Pete’s Six-Shooter Rye Whiskey is our collaboration with New Mexico State University, and the very first collegiate-licensed spirit in the country! Go Aggies! Find this spirit at liquor stores across the state and support our 400+ New Mexico State University athletes, with a portion of each bottle sale directly funding Aggie Athletics!
Blue Corn Bourbon
Rye, Wheat, barley, and New Mexican heirloom blue corn, distilled on the grain and aged in American White Oak barrels, our Blue Corn Bourbon Whiskey delivers the New Mexican version of a classic American Bourbon.
Barrel Aged Gin
Vapor-infused with 8 flavor-forward botanicals and aged in brandy barrels for 7 months, this gin takes on the color and flavor of local brandy and American white oak to enhance its citrus and floral notes and overall smoothness. Sweet with a touch of bitter, this gin is excellent sipped over ice with a twist of orange or in classic cocktails.
Slow Desert agave spirit (Mezcal)
Handcrafted in Durango, Mexico for over 150 years, this 100% wild-harvested Mezcal captures the flavor and tradition of distillation in the arid Americas. We hand-selected this Agave Durangensis spirit for its smooth sweetness and classic smoke flavor to mix into excellent cocktails or sip neat on a slow desert evening.
Desert Sotol
Handcrafted by Vinata Casa Ruales in Aldama, Chihuahua, MX , this wild harvest Dasylirion Wheeleri Sotol highlights the deep complexity, unique flavors and rich history this spirit is know for with smokey pine and earthy vegetal notes.
